We decided to take a long weekend and go to Montana for Easter and for my sister, Kira's, 30th birthday. Here are our adventures.
We drove late into the night Thursday. Then of Friday we had birthday breakfast with Kira. And then off to see my mom's dad. When Kenya was about the age Jasmin is now we moved into my Grandpa's house in Kalispell. Robert and I lived there for a few months and Kenya and I would go and visit Grandpa at least once a week. The staff there enjoyed watching Kenya grow as much as Grandpa did. So when we returned they were all very excited to see how much she had grown. (We visited from when she was about 9 months - 17 months old.) It was fun to visit!

Then Friday we went to Libby and celebrated Kira's birthday as a family. Here is Kira with her cake (left over from her office party) and 30 candles on it. It looks like a fireball.

| Happy 30th Kira! |

We then had a bubble blowing contest. It was a lot of fun.
 |
| Too slow with the camera. What a scary face! |
 |
| All of us had bubbles at the same time. |
 |
| Kenya even got in on it! |
 |
| Love this one! It was huge! |
Saturday we had our whole day planned out with activities! First a couple of Easter egg hunts in the community. Kenya really enjoyed them. It was a little chilly, but the egg hunts were outside and we had a blast. Then Kira had a birthday party that night. It was fun to just be with family.
Sunday we hurried off to church after a late night Saturday and getting up late Sunday. So, we dyed eggs after church. The Easter bunny came during nap time. Then we had our hunt at home that evening.

| Kenya found her Easter basket! Aunt Kira made it to match the dress that Grandma and I made the girls. |

Granny had gotten a few chicks for Kenya to see when we came. Then Easter one hatched from granny's hens. It was so fun and exciting!
 |
| More searching. |
 |
| This was my Easter basket. Shoes from Kira and Robert decorated and hid it for me. Didn't he do a great job! I am so loved! |
We came home late Monday night.
What a fun visit. We love seeing family and wish we could do it more!
