Congrats to my big sis!

The reason for our trip to Montana was my sister, Kira, was sworn in as an attorney in the state of Montana on Monday morning.  We went to support and celebrate with her.  Congratulations, Kira we are all so proud of you!  We knew you would do it!
Kira and Judge Lympus in Kalispell, MT.

Kira signing her papers with the judge.
What a great roll model these girls have!

Kira was sworn in and then a few minutes after she had finished the judge noticed there was one more thing she needed to recite and by then Kira was playing aunt and the judge just told her it was okay to keep Kenya in her arms.

Co-workers of Kira.  The men are the attorneys Kira works for and had her internship with last summer.  They really helped make all of this possible.

Kira's groupies.  (minus cousin MJ and friend Erin Snyder)

Kenya saw the microphone and to all of our surprise it was on.  Already practicing law.

Is there a celebration for Kira without a ridiculous amount of food?  Nope!  Yummy!

Erin Snyder and Kira.

Here is the paper Kira and Judge Lympus signed.  She sent it off to the supreme court of Montana and they will process it and then she will get her certificate to hang on her wall.

I think if you asked Kira what the most important part of this day was she would say that it was my fathers birthday!  Kira chose Dec 12 to been sworn in to make one of my dad's dreams come true.  He always support her and encouraged her to complete her schooling.  What a special day.  I could not have asked for more to celebrate my dad's birthday.  Thank you for inviting and sharing this special experience with us.

YOU DID IT!  AWESOME!!

(It appears that the video is too long to upload, but I have the who thing on video.  It was a 3 and half minute video.)
